  1. I just started following your blog. You have the best tutorial on how to do your hair and makeup! What's your opinions on perfumes? Do you use any, and if so, what are your favorites?

    1. Hi Debra! Welcome to my blog! Thanks so much for your sweet compliments :-) Regarding perfume, I am very scent sensitive but I have found 3 that I absolutely LOVE. They are Monoi Tiare Tahiti Eau de Toilette Natural Spray Vanilla, Indian Coconut Nectar by Pacifica and Viva La Juicy by Juicy Couture.

  3. I just watched a few of your tutorials and I was very impressed and am excited to try your techniques. I am 69 and would appreciate your opinion on cream vs powder eye shadows. Shadows seem to accentuate any lines/wrinkles. Thank you!

    1. Thank you so much for your sweet compliments!! I hope some of my techniques prove helpful to you:-) As far as eyeshadow formulas go, I find that powder eyeshadows tend to be easier to blend on mature skin, especially if you have more texture on your eyelids. Having said that, there are formulas like the ColourPop SuperShock Shadows that are more of a cream to powder finish and those are super easy to blend out. You just want to stay away from ones that have chunky glitter or have a super-metallic finish as those can emphasize texture on the lids :-)
