Maybelline Color Tattoo Eye Looks - Requested

A few weeks ago, I received a request to give ideas of how to use the Maybelline Color Tattoo 24 Hr Eyeshadows.  If you are not familiar with these shadows, they are a cream formula that you can blend onto your eye with your finger or a brush.  The great thing is, once they set, they will not budge all day!  For a full review and swatches, click here.

One way to wear these shadows is to apply one color all over the lid, blend out the edges, and be done!  The perfect color for this type of look is 25 Bad to the Bronze.

I also experimented with applying 35 Tough as Taupe as a cream contour on my cheeks.  Yes, I was feeling pretty brave (with a touch of crazy :-), but it worked great and I've used it several times since to contour when I use a liquid or cream foundation.

By far my favorite way to use these shadows is by applying them as a base and layering a powdered shadow on top of them.  By doing this, it really makes the powdered shadow "pop" and can even change the overall tone of the eyeshadow.

Here are four looks I put together using this method of application that hopefully will give you some inspiration of how to get more use out of your Maybelline Color Tattoo Eyeshadows.  These looks are focused around 5 specific colors that were requested.  Feel free to substitute any of the products I used with whatever you have in your collection!
